Climate
Àwj̼àm Se has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 17°C (62°F). Àwj̼àm Se receives an average of 222 cm/y (87 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Àwj̼àm Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1908 m (6259 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Àwj̼àm Se was founded durring the early 18th century in early spring of the year 1708, by Bigdrund Fflur. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Àwj̼àm Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Àwj̼àm Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Àwj̼àm Se is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive packed earth streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Àwj̼àm Se's bare minimum defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Your first impression of Àwj̼àm Se proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Àwj̼àm Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Àwj̼àm Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Àwj̼àm Se possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Àwj̼àm Se's grid is powered by a god's will and kindness.
Àwj̼àm Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Àwj̼àm Se has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Cultural Notes
Àwj̼àm Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.
In Àwj̼àm Se snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Ovinnik near Àwj̼àm Se are known to be quite timid.
Àwj̼àm Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves sex to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 1 via throat chanting.

Àwj̼àm Se's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Àwj̼àm Se suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
